As soon as they arrived, they introduced themselves, explained everything that was going to happen that day, and they would right away put on their protective booties every time they entered the house, always with a good attitude.

It was super nice of Keith to keep me informed, reminding me to make sure to fill up any water reserve before they shut the water off to do the job. He also gave a walkthrough at the end of the installation of the product and described what to expect in the next few days. Very knowledgeable!
